Project pricing is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. After our discovery consultation, we provide a detailed proposal with a fixed price — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. We break the project into milestones so you know exactly what you’re paying for at each stage.
Can I switch from a project to a retainer?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a project-based engagement and transition to a retainer once the initial build is complete. This is a natural path — we build your software, then provide ongoing support, new features, and maintenance on a monthly basis.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For project-based work, we typically structure payments around milestones — for example, 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, and 30% at delivery. For retainers, billing is monthly. We’re flexible and happy to discuss payment terms that work for your budget.
What if my project scope changes mid-build?
Scope changes happen — we get it. For minor adjustments, we absorb them. For significant changes, we’ll provide a transparent change order with the additional cost and timeline impact before proceeding. You always approve changes before we start work on them.
